PRIVACY POLICY – Dream7 APPLICATION
1. DATA CONTROLLER

2. DATA WE COLLECT
We may collect:
- Identification and account data: email address, first name (optional), unique user identifier.
- Usage data: dreams (descriptions, symbols, interpretations), conversation history with Luna, to provide and improve the service.
- Technical data: language preference, device information (as needed for the operation of the Application).
- Advertising data (only if you choose to watch a rewarded video, after consent): mobile advertising identifier (e.g. Google Advertising ID), cookies and similar technologies, device information, ad interaction events, IP address (possibly truncated). Processed by Google AdMob to deliver and measure rewarded video ads and, depending on your choices, personalized or non-personalized advertising.
3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS
- Provision of the service (dream interpretation, chat with Luna): performance of the contract.
- In-app personalisation (e.g. first name in messages): your consent or our legitimate interest in improving the user experience. This is not ad personalization.
- Rewarded video advertising and ad personalization: your explicit consent, collected via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before your first rewarded video in the EEA, UK or Switzerland.
- Support and communication: performance of the contract or legitimate interest.
- Compliance with legal obligations: legal obligation.
4. RETENTION
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data and your dream and conversation history, except where we must retain certain data for legal obligations (e.g. invoicing) for the legally required period.
5. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Rectify inaccurate data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): you can delete a conversation from your history at any time in the Application, and request full account deletion from "My account". Account deletion leads to the permanent loss of your data (profile, tokens, history).
- Data portability, where applicable.
- Object to certain processing and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (including ad personalization from "My account" or your device settings).
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. CNIL in France).

6. DELETION OF CONVERSATIONS AND ACCOUNT
You can delete individual conversations from your dream history at any time via the option provided in the Application (per conversation). You can also delete your entire account from "My account". This action is irreversible: all your data (account, tokens, dream and conversation history) will be permanently deleted.
7. SHARING AND RECIPIENTS
Your data is processed by SAS LeadForge and, where necessary, by technical service providers acting on our instructions and in compliance with applicable data protection rules, including:
- Google Firebase (authentication, database, cloud functions, App Check).
- Google Cloud (AI processing for dream interpretations and follow-ups).
- Google Play Billing (in-app purchases).
- Google AdMob (rewarded video ads, only after your consent where required).
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
8. SECURITY
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
9. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
If we use services located outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) in accordance with applicable regulations.
10. CHILDREN
The Application is not intended for children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from such users. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us at support@dreamy7.com.
11. ADVERTISING AND CONSENT (EEA, UK AND SWITZERLAND)
When you choose to watch a rewarded video ad to unlock an additional dream interpretation, we and Google AdMob use cookies, similar technologies and your mobile advertising identifier to deliver and measure ads, including ad personalization if you agree, or non-personalized ads if you refuse, where permitted by law. Before your first rewarded video, the Application shows a consent message (Google User Messaging Platform / TCF). It explains how your personal data is used for advertising, including ad personalization. You can change your choices at any time from "My account" (personalized ads toggle) or via your device settings. When you consent to advertising, Google may process your data as described at: https://business.safety.google/privacy/ Full policy: https://dreamy7.com/privacy-policy.html If you refuse advertising consent, rewarded video ads may not be available and certain free interpretation quotas may not apply.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will be changed. We encourage you to review it periodically.
