3. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

Dream7 offers a dream interpretation service powered by artificial intelligence, through Luna, your dream guide. The service is for entertainment and personal reflection only. It does not constitute legal, medical, financial or professional advice of any kind.

4. USE OF THE APPLICATION

You agree to use the Application in compliance with applicable laws and in a lawful manner. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Application.

5. DISCLAIMER – AI-GENERATED CONTENT

The interpretations and responses provided by the Application are generated by an artificial intelligence system. Although we strive to keep the content appropriate and within the intended framework, these responses may be variable or imperfect. SAS LeadForge is not responsible for the content, accuracy or consequences of the AI-generated responses. Dream interpretation is for entertainment and personal reflection only. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the Application.

6. ACCOUNT AND PERSONAL DATA

Account creation may be required to access certain features. You can delete a conversation from your history at any time from within the Application. You can also request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time from "My account". For more information on the processing of your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.

Rewarded video ads: The free version may offer optional rewarded video ads to unlock additional dream interpretations. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a consent message (Google User Messaging Platform) is shown before your first rewarded video, after you choose to watch it. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Application, its content (excluding user-generated content), designs, texts and software are the property of SAS LeadForge or its licensors. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAS LeadForge shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use or inability to use the Application, including in connection with the AI-generated content. The Application is provided "as is".

9. MODIFICATIONS

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend that you review them periodically.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rennes, France.
